Solaren Risk Management Recognizes Nick Jordan for Excellent Service

Nick Jordan, a dedicated member of our Off-Duty Law Enforcement Division since 2018, received Solaren’s Award of Excellence for his outstanding service and quick thinking during a critical situation while on duty.

Recently, while working a post in Downtown Nashville, Nick was called by security to assist with a physical altercation on another floor. Once all involved parties were detained, Nick and members of the security team began to escort the subjects off of the premises. One subject became very combative, and began to lift his shirt and reach towards his waist, where Nick observed a firearm. Acting quickly, Nick was able to successfully disarm the weapon from the person in question.

We are thankful to have men and women like Nick on our team that are able to stay calm in stressful situations, so patrons can continue to safely enjoy their nights in Nashville.

“Safety aware, because we care.”
