Solaren Team Members Complete National Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Responder Training
Solaren’s team members had the opportunity to complete the National Traffic Incident Management Responder Training Course & TDOT’s “Protect the Queue” Program.
Nathan Morgan, Ethan Wilkerson, Chuck Farris, and Charles Ervin attended this training course to broaden their knowledge and understanding of safety precautions when dealing with traffic incidents.
NTIM Responder Training is to ensure safety of all responders on hand and the traveling public.
Individuals that complete this program are trained for a safer, faster, and stronger incident response.
The Training Program covers notification, scene size-up, safe vehicle positioning, scene safety, command responsibilities, traffic management, clearance termination, and special circumstances.
Our employees plan to use the knowledge and training received from the National TIM Responder Training to expand on the services we are able to offer to our clients and partners and to be able to take action when incidents occur.
“We are proud of our team for taking the extra steps in ensuring the safety of ALL persons that they are in contact with on the job and helping Solaren to grow!”
