Solaren Risk Management was happy to provide security for the Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival at Harlinsdale Farm in Franklin

Solaren Risk Management was honored to be asked back for our second year working the Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival which returned to Harlinsdale Farm in Franklin, TN this past weekend for its 5th consecutive year. The Pilgrimage is a two day festival, which was held on the 21st and 22nd of September, and featured local art vendors and food trucks, a children’s area, three different stages, each with extensive lineups, which included headliners, Keith Urban, The Killers, and The Foo Fighters.

While patrons were able to attend the festival for the two days of show, Solaren’s employees were on the ground at Harlinsdale for quite a bit longer. Over 70 of our officers provided site security during the load in and load out for the festival, manning the gates, and safeguarding all stage equipment, vendor tents, and all other items left on the ground, while the crew worked to put the festival together, and take it back down.

Over the course of the two day festival, Solaren staffed over 160 security officers to provide stage and backstage access control, pit security and VIP experience access control, ensure alcohol compliance from festival goers, provide general roaming security within the massive crowds at the stage, as well as numerous other posts.

Solaren’s operations were headed once again, by our Security Field Operations Coordinator, Brandy James. James worked tirelessly to ensure all operations ran smoothly and efficiently. “It is so rewarding after I have been running around all day to look around the stage while the Foo Fighters are playing, and seeing all of our guards working hard, and helping to make this festival a huge success,” says James.

We are looking forward to being back at the Pilgrimage again next year! In the meantime, you can find us at the James Bowling Brass Band Bazaar, the Nashville Cares AIDS Walk, and the Nashville Film Festival.
