This past weekend, we provided security services for the 10th anniversary of the Pilgrimage Music Festival in Franklin, TN.

We have worked with the event and production team for years to ensure that fans and vendors have a safe and enjoyable experience each time.

Security at music festivals is more important than many realize, as these events take place in open environments with large crowds. When hosting an event like this, organizers assume a significant responsibility for the attendees, which is why production and event managers prioritize partnering with a comprehensive security company like ours. Failing to properly secure an event can lead to serious negative consequences, including mass injuries or even lawsuits. This is where Solaren Risk Management steps in.

Our deployment included a robust team to manage all access points within the venue,

as well as the main stage barricades. We meticulously planned our approach for months to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. Our priorities included maintaining the safety and positive atmosphere of those near the barricades and in the field, as well as ensuring the privacy and comfort of the artists backstage and in the artist compound. We involved highly trained staff to supervise each area, specializing in crowd management and credential checks.

We also utilized state-of-the-art technology for our communication methods and report tracking processes.

We can operate independently in the field with mobile high-speed internet and instant communication through advanced radios. Following the festival, we conducted a thorough post-event review with an in-person after-action report involving all leadership team members. This meeting allows us to identify our strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring we enhance our performance for future events. Our goal is to continually improve our work not only for the benefit of our reputation but also for our clients and the enjoyment of their attendees.

Despite the rainy weather and muddy grounds,

we had a fantastic time at Pilgrimage Festival this past weekend because of our strong partnership with the client. Our relationship with them is the foundation of our work, and we always strive to exceed expectations year after year. We want to thank the event and production managers and their teams at Pilgrimage for another great year, and we eagerly look forward to planning for next year!
