Solaren Risk Management had the honor and pleasure of providing security and traffic control services to the 57th annual ASCAP Country Music Awards

Solaren Risk Management had the honor and pleasure of providing security and traffic control services to the 57th annual ASCAP Country Music Awards, held at the Renaissance Hotel in Downtown Nashville on November 11th. ASCAP, which stands for the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers is a membership association that recognizes and gives credit to the people and companies that are behind the music we listen to every day. Some notable awards include Country Music Songwriter of the Year, the ASCAP Founders Award, and Country Music Publisher of the year.

Solaren provided over 60 security officers, traffic control flaggers, and law enforcement officers for the load in, award show, as well as multiple after parties. Solaren law enforcement officers helped with traffic control and pedestrian crossings to ensure the safety of all attendees. Our security officers assisted with access control, crowd management, securing checkpoints, and celebrity escorts. Our Security Field Operations Coordinator, Brandy James was on site, and able to work closely with ASCAP.
