Celebrating Another Successful Year This Christmas Season
This past Wednesday, December, 11th, Solaren Risk Management celebrated its annual Christmas party for all staff, leadership and clients in the Nashville Area. This event consisted of fun games, exciting prizes, delicious food and cleverly crafted drinks. We all had a great time celebrating our successes and looking back on the year we’d had together.
The Christmas party was filled with activities that brought laughter, excitement, and plenty of smiles.
The games were a major hit, encouraging everyone to participate and showcase their competitive side. The group contests had the room buzzed with energy as colleagues cheered each other on. Guests also enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes, from savory bites to sweet treats, paired with an assortment of beverages that catered to every taste. It was a feast that kept everyone going throughout the evening.
Adding to the festive spirit, the DJ kept the dance floor alive with a mix of classic holiday tunes and popular hits.
The music created the perfect backdrop for mingling and dancing, as people took the opportunity to unwind and enjoy themselves. The excitement peaked with the announcement of prizes. From gift baskets to designer sunglasses and cash, the raffle and contests offered something for everyone. The joy on the winners’ faces was a testament to how much these surprises were appreciated.

The awards and certificates highlighted the dedication and talents of our staff across the divisions.
There were certificates for both the Tactical Emergency Casualty Care class and Supervisor training course distributed to those who successfully completed them. We also put a spotlight on those who received five years of service awards and lifesaver awards. Anyone who has committed to the company for five consecutive years received a certificate, custom pin and significant bonus in pay. The lifesaver award went to those who practiced skillful preservation of life in the line of duty ranging from tourniquet application to CPR to save lives.
The highlight of the awards were the trophies presented to:
- Operations Leadership of the Year – Jarreth Lassiter
- Administrative Leadership of the Year – Barbara Hurst
- Operations Support of the Year – Alicia Glenn
- NDMC Officer of the Year – Dajuan Clark
- LVT Operator of the Year – Garrett Reese
- Law Enforcement Officer of the Year – Kyle Reeves
- Security Officer of the Year – Cole Robinson
- Traffic Officer of the Year – Shaun Greene
These trophies were a small token of gratitude along with a bonus on their following paycheck for all the hard work and commitment to excellence from these individuals.

As the evening drew to a close, the Christmas party left everyone with a sense of joy and connection.
It wasn’t just about the fun and festivities, it was a celebration of teamwork, achievements, and the shared journey throughout the year. The event reminded us of the strength of our team and how far we’ve come together.
Here’s to carrying the momentum of this celebration into the new year, building on our successes, and continuing to support each other as a team.
Happy holidays, and here’s to an even brighter year ahead!
