Curtis E. Dodson, Senior Partner Announces Retirement From Solaren Risk Management

Mr. Curtis E. Dodson, Senior Partner with Solaren Risk Management LLP announced his retirement from our firm.

Solaren Risk Management is embracing a bittersweet reality today. On Friday, June 7th, 2019, Mr. Curtis E. Dodson, Senior Partner with Solaren Risk Management LLP announced his retirement from our firm. Mr. Dodson has been in the security industry for over 20 years. Curtis has served in various capacities from the bottom to the top within different organizations, rising to the ranks of Director and Senior Partner. Prior to his time with Solaren, he served in the United States Air Force, the Delaware State Police, and the Wilson Country Sheriff’s Office. While his accomplishments in the public sector are innumerable, his achievements in the private sector are far greater. Mr. Dodson has excelled as a trainer, mentor, and leader to many. Managing Partner, Jack Byrd had this to say; “Curtis has been a friend for over a decade, we have worked together, we have worked for each other, and together created Solaren; he will be deeply missed.” We are pleased to announce Mr. Dodson will remain a part of the Solaren team as a special advisor utilizing his various talents. During the announcement Mr. Dodson said, “I am truly blessed with my family, a supportive business partner, and a lifetime filled with accomplishments. I am most proud of the business that Jack and I built from our shared visions, and now confidently leave it in his capable hands.” We wish Curtis and his family much success as he pursues his lifelong dream in mechanical engineering.
