Solaren Risk Management Partners with the 2023 Pilgrimage Music Festival

This past weekend involved musical performances from artists such as The Lumineers and Zach Bryan at Pilgrimage Fest in Franklin, TN. Solaren Risk Management staffed over 200 guards and event staff for this event over that two-day period to ensure the safety of festival goers and artists. The footprint stretched across the entire the Park at Harlinsdale Farms with guards patrolling the grounds.

The event experienced very few incidents, the majority being medical emergencies due to the heat.

The weather was pleasant in the mornings and evenings, but during the peak of the day festival goers experienced high temps that made it a challenge to stay hydrated. That didn’t stop patrons from making the most of the event, however. There was a huge turnout both days of with attendance exceeding 25,000 people, all there to have a great time at one of the state’s largest annual music festivals. Solaren’s mission was to ensure a safe venue, respond to any security incidents and report any illegal or suspicious activity to law enforcement on site.

Solaren guards were responsible for securing the main stage, perimeter, media and artist compounds, VIP areas, main gates and more.

Solaren prioritized the safety of patrons in a variety of capacities such as preventing underaged drinking, addressing conflicts between patrons, assisting with lost articles, helping to locate missing individuals and more. The event managers and their staff were very appreciative of our guards and their efforts, and we all look forward to being a part of Pilgrimage Fest 2024!
