We are excited to introduce Solaren Spotlight: a way for us to shine light on the men and women working on the front lines of our company every day.

We would not be where we are without each and every one of our dedicated and hard working team members, and want to take the time to recognize some of the people who make Solaren possible.

Brahim “Abe” Lbhalla

Abe was born and raised in Morocco, where he went to school for photography and played soccer. After coming to the US, he joined the Solaren team in 2018 and quickly worked his way up the ranks to be promoted to Site Supervisor. In 2019, Abe was awarded our Security Officer of the Year Award, and has continued to uphold his title and excel at his job by showing outstanding leadership and teamwork. He has worked in all facets of our security division including commercial, corporate, medical, and entertainment clients where he ensures all policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to. When asked why he likes working for Solaren, Abe says, “Solaren has opened opportunities for me to learn various business operations and build relationships. I like that the schedule is flexible, and our management works as a team.”

Jon Roberts

Jon Roberts is a valuable member of the Solaren Law Enforcement division. He currently works part time for a small department in Middle Tennessee after retiring from full time law enforcement after 24 years. Since retiring he has worked for multiple private security firms. Of Solaren, Officer Roberts says “I am currently blessed and honored to work for Solaren Risk Management– it’s the best job I have ever had. The company is run very professionally and the services provided are unmatched. All their employees and contractors are treated like family.” When he isn’t working, he likes to hunt, play golf, and spend time with his family. Jon is a proud father of three boys, ages 24, 17, and 10, and has been married to his wife Amanda for 18 years.

Hollis Walls

Hollis is a native Nashvillian who served his community in the hospitality industry for many years. When the COVID pandemic came along, Hollis was unfortunately out of a job, along with many others. This is what led him to Solaren. Hollis is now one of our traffic control division’s most dedicated teammates. He is always willing to help out, and do whatever job is asked of him. He describes himself as a fun loving and caring person, and we couldn’t agree more. Hollis says, “I’ve found a higher calling by working with the first responders of Solaren. I enjoy the camaraderie with management and my teammates. I feel I am making a difference every day with the necessity of my position, helping to keep people safe.”
