Solaren Risk Management’s top priority with supervisors is to develop the leaders our teams need, both in day-to-day operations and high-stakes situations. Our specialized training program equips security supervisors with the knowledge and skills to manage team performance effectively, enhance site safety, and adapt to security challenges as they arise.
On Wednesday, October 30, we hosted a training class for our current and new supervisors to provide instruction on best practices and industry standards regarding compliance and company requirements. The course delves not only into the qualities that make a strong leader but also covers standard operating procedures within the company and those adopted by our clients. Topics include scheduling strategies, conflict resolution techniques, situational awareness, and methods for supervisors to proactively strengthen themselves and their teams in the field.
