In recent weeks, our team has participated in multiple training sessions aimed at achieving certification and deepening their understanding of safe practices in the field. On Friday, August 9th, we hosted a Report Writing course led by seasoned law enforcement professionals, both active and retired. This course emphasized the importance of detailed and accurate reporting, not just for record-keeping but also for legal proceedings. By mastering these skills, our staff are equipped to protect themselves and others more effectively in every situation.

Tuesday and Wednesday of this week saw our Less Than Lethal and Armed Guard training courses.

The Armed Security course combines classroom instruction on general security topics with hands-on firearm training at the range. Meanwhile, the Less Than Lethal course, essential for armed guards, covers the safety, application, and legal considerations of using non-lethal weapons, including Conducted Energy Weapons (CEW), chemical sprays, and batons. A unique feature of this course is the voluntary exposure segment, where participants experience these tools firsthand, helping them fully understand the impact of their use in real-world scenarios.
