Solaren Risk Management’s Leadership Team Attends Retreat to Gatlinburg to Focus on 2020

To say that 2019 was a successful year at Solaren would be an understatement. From 2018 to 2019, we were blessed as a company to have tripled in size. Our client base, administrative team, and all divisions across the board experienced rapid growth over the last year. With no sign of slowing down anytime soon, our leadership team decided to take to the mountains to refine our mission, vision, and values. We developed a plan called FOCUS 2020 to make 2020 another extremely prosperous year.

We spent the week brainstorming how to continue growing the business, as well as coming up with new ways to better serve our current clients, staff members, and partners. Each member of our leadership team also taught a class that we felt would benefit one another. Some of the classes we held were on PTSD in Law Enforcement, Personal Protective Equipment, and Workforce Generational Difference. All in all, our team learned a lot from each other.

“The teambuilding and fellowship achieved at the company retreat has offered a great foundation to build on as we move forward cultivating relationships internally and externally at Solaren” -Tyler Haley, COO

With the growth of 2019, and having to quickly add people into administrative positions, we also took this time to strengthen our bond as a team. Here at Solaren, we like to work hard so we can play hard. In our downtime we took the opportunity to explore Gatlinburg, exercise, and relax in the tranquility of the mountains. As a team, we are so thankful to have had this opportunity to step away so we could really focus on developing and refining Solaren. We came back feeling refreshed and excited to begin implementing all of our new ideas. Our team is focused, driven, and looking forward to making 2020 the best year yet.
