Amid MNPD Alternative Call Response Program, Solaren Risk Management Offers Additional Security and Off-Duty Law Enforcement Support in Nashville Area

In an effort to protect the health of Nashville’s police officers, as well as to follow the CDC recommendation for social distancing, Metro Nashville Police Department is implementing a Temporary Alternative Call Response Program. Non-emergency and non-violent calls where the perpetrator will be triaged to determine whether a report can be taken over the phone rather than in-person.

Solaren Risk Management commends Chief Anderson for making this difficult decision to promote the wellbeing of our fellow officers, and stands by MNPD as they adjust to these changes.

In addition to MNPD, many Nashville businesses are having to make the tough decision to limit staffing, reduce operating hours, or even temporarily close their doors altogether. The combination of Metro’s temporary response program along with many places being left unattended or with minimal staffing, may leave some businesses vulnerable.

During these difficult times, Solaren has chosen to remain open and fully operational so we can continue to offer security and off-duty law enforcement services to our clients, partners, and the Nashville community. Our business is protecting what’s important to you and we are here to help. Our services include, but are not limited to: access control, site patrol and security, loss prevention, alarm response, and surveillance monitoring.

If you or your business needs assistance during the upcoming weeks, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Resources are limited and existing clients will be prioritized. For all inquiries regarding services, or any other questions, please call us at 615-218-2842 ext. 1, 615-997-4579, or email info {@}solarenrm.com
