Solaren Risk Management was happy to provide event security for the 2019 Deep Tropics Music, Art, & Style Festival in Nashville TN.

The festival was a 2 day event held in Downtown Nashville’s Bicentennial Capitol Mall. The festival featured tropical murals, aerialists, and non-stop, dynamic multi-genre music. Solaren’s efforts were led by our Security Field Operations Coordinator, Brandy James. Over 50 security & law enforcement officers were on staff over the 2 day event, who all worked closely with Tennessee State Park Rangers to ensure the event was safe for all festival goers.

With sustainability being a core value of the festival, Deep Tropics aimed to be as environmentally conscious as possible, which was evident with their recyclable, refundable cups, as well as the recycling bins that had replaced all of the trash cans in the park. A large portion of the profit made from Deep Tropics will go towards expanding Nashville’s growing Greenway system. “Deep Tropics’ mission is to create an event experience that reconnects Nashville and travelers with Deep Culture and a movement to authentically reconnect Nashville through music, art, and style.”

“Safety aware, because we care.”
