Solaren’s Spring Recap Hosts Taylor Swift, Sol Fest, St. Jude’s Rock ‘N Roll Marathon and More

Solaren Risk Management has been operating in and around the Tennessee area for the past few months with various events such as the St. Jude’s Rock ‘N Roll Marathon in Nashville, TN, Sol Fest in New Brockton, AL, Whiskey Myers in Nashville, TN and Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Nashville, TN at Nissan Stadium. Each event presented different challenges that were overcome by the security professionals representing Solaren due to the prioritization of communication and safety.

The annual St. Jude’s Rock ‘N Roll Marathon on Friday

The annual St. Jude’s Rock ‘N Roll Marathon on Friday, April 22nd, was a prime example of teamwork and professionalism for Solaren Risk Management as supervisors with both Solaren and the Metro Nashville Police Department effectively coordinated information and security that resulted in a fun and safe marathon. Solaren provided 125 traffic control, armed security, and off-duty law enforcement professionals to coordinate runners and attendees and ensure the safety of everyone involved. Supervisors proved their adaptability and responsibility to their officers and events by adopting mapping software that allowed for all officers to have a clear resource showing them where they need to be, what they need to do and who to contact if needed. This event is a prime example of Solaren’s skill and dedication to their clients.

Whiskey Myers performed at Ascend Amphitheater on Saturday

Whiskey Myers performed at Ascend Amphitheater on Saturday, May 6th, to a sizable crowd ready for the performance. Solaren provided unarmed security to manage the access gates around the venue. The event went off without a hitch and all attendees had an exciting time thanks to Solaren’s ability to stop any potential threats at the gates. This is the result of careful planning, professional officers and supervisors and an understanding of requirements and guidelines. When working with Solaren, these are our priorities that result in the safety of those attending.

Sol Fest is a highly popular EDM music and arts festival that took place May 5

Sol Fest is a highly popular EDM music and arts festival that took place May 5th through 7th at the Bama Slam Waterpark and Campground in New Brockton, AL. Solaren provided unarmed security and event staff for the event which resulted in an exceptionally smooth and enjoyable festival for everyone involved. Respectful and fun-loving festival attendees helped to make Solaren’s job easier, which just goes to show that when every involved party works together and has the combined goal of a good time, the event is a success.

Taylor Swift booked out Nissan Stadium all three nights for her Eras Tour

Occurring on the same dates as Sol Fest but in Nashville, Taylor Swift booked out Nissan Stadium all three nights for her Eras Tour. Taylor Swift managed to break a record each night of the event with Sunday having 71,000 attendees and a total of 212,000 Swifties for all three nights. Solaren provided some 300 total unarmed security and event staff for the show along with Taylor’s personal security team. Effective communication and professionalism between the two resulted in fast medical responses, a coordinated shelter-in-place for four hours and general safety for all attendees. The result is a show that will go down in Nashville history and be imprinted on the hearts of all our local Swifties.
